When you receive a new booking request, you are automatically notified by e-mail and SMS.
This request appears in your Click&Boat account, in the "My booking" tab.
Go directly to this tab to answer the request. To validate the booking, click on "Accept".
You can also accept a booking on the messaging page you have with the tenant. To do so, click on "Accept" on the section to the right of the conversation.
If there is an error in the booking details, you can refuse the request, make sure you explain to the tenant the reason for your refusal, and subsequently send them a special offer if necessary.
If you are not available on the requested date, we invite you to update your calendar from the "Listings" tab, under the "Edit" tab, then "My calendar".
