Submit Your Deactivation Request
To initiate the deactivation of the AI tool, please follow one of the procedures below:

Autonomous De-activation: Log in to your Click&Boat owner account. Open the last conversation in which the AI tool have answered some messages. Click on the AI tool Icon (see below). A pop-up (also see below) will open, here you can decide to enable or deactivate the assistant.
- Get support from the Customer Care: Access the Help Center of Click&Boat and create a ticket mentioning “AI Tool Deactivation Request.” Please include your full name, boat listing ID, and a brief reason for the request.
Confirmation of Request
Once your request is received, you will receive a confirmation via email from our Customer Care team. This confirmation will include:
- A reference number for your request.
- An estimated timeline for processing (typically 2–3 business days).
- A reminder that you can continue using the AI tool until deactivation is complete, or you may opt to pause its use immediately by adjusting your settings as explained above.
Deactivation Processing
Upon verification, our technical team will disable the AI tool for your account. During this step:
- The AI tool will no longer process or respond to incoming rental requests for your boat.
- You will regain full manual control over request management via the Click&Boat platform.
Final Confirmation and Follow-Up
Once the AI tool is deactivated, you will receive a final confirmation email or phone call confirming that the process is complete. This message will include:
- Instructions for managing requests manually through the Click&Boat platform.
- A link to a short feedback survey to help us understand your decision and improve our services.
Delay of Treatment
- Total Processing Time: we try and process all requests under 72h from reception.
- Urgent Requests: If you require immediate deactivation (e.g., due to operational needs), please indicate this in your request. We will prioritize your case and aim to complete deactivation within 2 business days, subject to verification.
Important Notes
- Reactivation: If you change your mind, you can request reactivation of the AI tool at any time by contacting us or adjusting your settings in the owner portal.
- Feedback: Your input is valuable to us. After deactivation, we encourage you to share your experience through our feedback survey to help us enhance our tools and services.
