Messages and conversations can quickly pile up. Some features are available to help organize and ensure no opportunities are missed.
1. Mark as unread
Did you open a conversation by mistake and don't have time to reply? You can now mark it as unread. To do so :
- Swipe from left to right until the message appears as unread or click on "mark as unread"
- reading the conversation will remove the pink badge "unread"
2. Mark as important
You are closely following a client and want to make sure you don't miss any of their messages. A conversation can be marked as important. A yellow star will appear to differentiate it from the others. To do so :
- Swipe from right to left and click on "Mark as important"
3. Archive a conversation
You no longer want a conversation to appear in your conversation feed. A conversation can be archived, causing it to disappear from the main feed. You can find the conversation in the "Archive" tab.
To do so:
- Swipe from right to left until the conversation disappears or click on “archive”.
- You can put it back in your feed by clicking on "unarchive"
4. Filter your conversations
Conversations can be filtered from the tab bar.
