If a tenant is interested in your boat, they have two ways to let you know: 

  • They can send you a message in order to start a conversation to present their sailing project and/or ask any questions.
  • They can directly make a reservation request without sending you a message first.

In both cases, you will be notified of this new request by SMS and e-mail.

You can answer the message received. 

You can accept/refuse the reservation request.

In order to do so: 

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on "Accept" or "Refuse" the request

Once the reservation is "accepted", you will have access to the contact information of your tenant. You can then call or email them to make arrangements.

Please keep in mind that the time allowed to accept a reservation request is variable. This time allowed to accept a request is calculated according to the number of days between the date of the reservation request and the date on which the tenant wishes to rent the boat.

When you accept the reservation request, you agree to your net income indicated.
