The time allowed to respond to a booking request varies depending on:
- The time allowed by the tenant;
- The starting date of the booking;
- If the rental starts in less than 24 hours, the request will be valid until the morning of the rental, at 7 am (i.e. a few hours before the check-in at the beginning of the rental).
- If the rental starts in less than 48 hours, the request will be valid either for 24 hours or until the morning of the rental, at 7 am (according to the tenant's choice).
- If the rental starts in less than 72 hours, the request will be valid either for 24 hours or 48 hours, or until the morning of the rental, at 7 am (depending on the tenant's choice).
- If the rental starts in more than 72 hours, the tenant can choose the validity period of their request: 24, 48, or 72 hours.
Once the time limit is reached, the request expires and the tenant's booking request is automatically canceled (Their credit card is not charged.)
