Accept or decline a booking request

When you receive a new booking request, you are automatically notified by e-mail and SMS.

This request appears in your Click&Boat account - If you wish to accept it: 

  1. Go to the "My booking" tab to answer the request.
  2. To validate the booking, click on "Accept".

You can also accept a booking from the conversation (messages) you have with the tenant. To do so, click on the"Accept" button located on the right of the conversation.


If there is an error in the booking details, you can refuse the request. If you do so, please make sure you reach out to the tenant to:

  • Explain the reason for your refusal;
  • And subsequently, send them a special offer (if necessary);

If you are not available on the requested date, we invite you to update your calendar:

  1. Go to the "Listings" tab;
  2. Click on "Edit" on your listing;
  3. Click on"My calendar" and update it.
