Contact your tenant before accepting their booking request

Our internal messaging system is at your service! 

Before accepting a booking, the only way for you to communicate with a tenant is through the Click&Boat messaging system.

To do this,

  1. Connect to your account,
  2. Click on the "Messages" section located at the top right corner of your dashboard,
  3. Select the conversation with your tenant. 

You will only be able to communicate your personal contact details (phone number/email address) once the booking is paid for and confirmed.

As well, once the booking is paid and confirmed, you will have access to the tenant's personal contact details on the booking page:

  • The email address will be displayed under the tenant's name;
  • The phone number will be displayed under the "Call" tab.
