How do I contact the tenant before accepting their booking request ?

Our internal messaging system is at your service! 

Before accepting a booking, the only way for you to communicate with a tenant is through the Click&Boat messaging system.

To do this, go to the "Messages" section.

 

You will be able to communicate your personal details once the booking has been paid and confirmed.


Once the booking is confirmed, you will be able to find the tenant's information directly on the booking page, the e-mail address will be displayed in full under the tenant's name and the number will be displayed under the "Call" tab.
