When does a booking request become an accepted booking?

Have more questions? Submit a request

When the tenant makes a booking request, the owner can accept or refuse it.

If the owner accepts the tenant's booking request, the booking status changes to "accepted" (validated) and the tenant's credit card is debited for the amount of the rental (plus insurance, if any is added).

If the owner refuses the tenant's booking request, the tenant's credit card is not charged and the fingerprint is released.

If the owner does not respond to the tenant's booking request within the time limit, the tenant's request is canceled and his credit card is not charged.
