At the moment, the Tenant sailing resume feature is not available on Click&Boat. To assess whether a renter has the right experience (and, when applicable, the right licences/titles), you can request this information directly via Click&Boat messages.
If the renter doesn’t have sufficient experience
If you need to cancel a reservation because the renter does not have enough experience or doesn’t have the required licences/titles, Click&Boat will not apply penalty fees.
