Ask for a booking modification:

If you disagree with the booking details before the start of the rental (dates, time, license, boat, number of people, skipper, etc.), you can request a modification from your Click&Boat account in the "Bookings" section.

Damage claims:

In the event of a disagreement concerning a damage claim, the private owner can ask Click&Boat to open and handle a damage case. An automatic email will then be sent to the owner and the tenant for follow-up.

In all cases, Click&Boat does not take part in the decision and will always ask the owner to provide documentation and evidence to support the claim (charter contract, damage report, invoice, estimate, pictures, etc.).

If minor damages occur during your rental period, it is in the interest of both the owner and the renter to reach an amicable agreement and for the tenant to pay the cost of the repairs following the reception of a repair quotation.


** Our advice: take time at the beginning and the end of the rental to fill in the check-in and check-out documents and to sign the documents specifying each damage or concern **


If you are a professional owner, it is on you to manage your deposit, as well as the various requests from your tenants.
