As a private owner, you cannot handle claims by yourself.
Click&Boat offers a tool for managing the deposit by pre-authorizing the tenant's bank card (fingerprint). You also have at your disposal a contract and a damage report document available on your Click&Boat space under each booking, in the "Booking" section.
As indicated in our Terms and Conditions under Article 5.6, the owner, whose deposit is managed by Click&Boat, should not require any additional deposit from the tenant.
Professional owners manage their own deposits (check or credit card pre-authorization), as well as their damage claims.
