Professional owners manage their own deposit and damage reports according to the terms of the contract presented to the tenant.

Therefore, you will not be able to involve Click&Boat in the management of the damage case. 

The professional owner has the right to ask the tenant to pay a security deposit in the form of a check or a pre-authorization (fingerprint) debited on the credit card for the amount indicated in the listing.

The amount of the deposit is defined by the professional owner before the beginning of the rental and appears on the listing under the section "Conditions".
