If this is the case, you can open a claim that will be managed by our dedicated claim management team. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do so:

1. Submit a Claim Ticket

If you're unhappy with the initial resolution, you can open a claim through our Help Center. Here’s how:

  • Navigate to the Help Center on the Click&Boat website.
  • Fill out the Contact Form with all the required details about your issue.
  • Ensure that you include all relevant information and documentation to support your claim.

2. Review and Feedback

Once your claim ticket is submitted, our claim management team will begin the review process. You can expect:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your claim ticket.
  • Review Period: Our team will carefully review your case within approximately 10 working days.
  • Additional Information: If necessary, we may contact you or other involved parties to gather additional information.

3. Resolution

  • Final Decision: After thorough review and consideration, our team will reach a definitive conclusion on your claim.
  • Notification: You will be notified of the decision via email or through the contact details you provided.

4. No Further Changes

Please note that the conclusion reached by our claim management team is final. No changes will be made once the decision has been issued.

5. Mediation Option

If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you have the option to refer your case to our mediation partner:

  • Our mediation partner will facilitate a neutral and fair resolution process outside of Click&Boat's claim management system.
