If the rental is still marked as "accepted" even though it did not take place, it means that you did not cancel it before its start.
In this case, without a request from you or the owner, the refund will not be activated.
If this is due to an oversight on your part or the owner's part, or if you have agreed on a specific refund, you should contact us via the contact form.
Depending on the reason for the cancellation (owner cancellation, tenant cancellation, agreement between the two parties), we will apply the appropriate refund policy.
