In the case of a cancellation by the owner, you will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is your fault, you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on the reason for the cancellation and the conditions set by the owner in their listing:
- Flexible cancellation policy: Full refund up to 1 day before arrival, excluding service fee and Click&Boat commission, which normally corresponds to a maximum of 25% of the rental price.
- Moderate cancellation policy: 70% refund up to 10 days before arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission, which normally corresponds to a maximum of 25% of the rental price.
- Strict cancellation policy: 60% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission, which normally corresponds to a maximum of 25% of the rental price.
- Customised cancellation policy: according to the specific conditions of the professional owner, excluding service fees and Click&Boat commission, which normally corresponds to a maximum of 25% of the rental price.
If you have subscribed to the cancellation insurance, you can ask for a refund of these fees if the reason of your cancellation is covered by the insurance.
