Cancellations decided by Owners have to be cancelled from their account

Read our advice carefully.

If the owner wants to cancel the rental, they must do it directly from their own account under "Bookings" (and then click on "Cancel"). 

If the owner cancels, you will receive a full refund.

** Please note that if you cancel the booking from your own account, the cancellation will appear as a tenant cancellation and the cancellation conditions of the owner will apply.**

You can find the cancellation conditions of your booking from your account in "Bookings" then "Access".
