At the very bottom of the boat page, you will find the "Conditions" section where the cancellation policy is displayed, as shown in the example below:

Please feel free to contact the owner via our internal messenger to ask any questions you may have.
Please keep in mind that following a cancellation by the tenant, the service fees and commission are never refunded. Service fees are visible during the booking process, and the commission amount can be up to 23%. Please do not hesitate to contact us about the commission amount before or after closing your booking.
Once the booking is confirmed:
You can find the cancellation policy from your booking in your account.
Go to the "Bookings" section and then "Access". You will find the cancellation conditions in the booking details.
