How do I modify a booking? (Tenant)

You can easily submit a request to modify a booking.

You must go onto the website and complete the following steps:

  • Contact the owner in order to confirm with them that they agree to modify the booking (via the ClickBoat messenger tool),
  • Once the owner agrees, he can request the modification from his profile and follow the steps in this help center article

 

If the requested modifications result in an increased price, you will have to pay the difference.

If the modifications result in a price decrease, we will make a refund to the payment method that was used to make the booking.
