In order to cancel your booking:
- Go to your Click&Boat account and to your "Bookings" section,
- Click on "Access", and
- Click on "Cancel booking".
Cancellation fees will be charged according to the conditions defined by the owner on their listing:
"Flexible": Full refund up to 1 day before arrival, excluding service charge and Click&Boat commission.
"Moderate": 70% refund up to 10 days before arrival, excluding service charge and Click&Boat commission.
"Strict": 60% refund up to 30 days before arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.
"Custom": according to the specific conditions of the professional owner, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.
If you subscribed to the Mondial Assistance cancellation insurance when you made your reservation, we invite you to consult this page.
**We highly recommend that you postpone your rental if you can't make it (last minute unforeseen circumstances, family event, sailing project to be fine-tuned...) to avoid paying cancellation fees. In order to do so you can contact the owner via the Click&Boat messenger tool and ask them if they accept to reschedule the reservation.**
