If the tenant does not show up or cancels on the day of the booking, you will be paid the net amount of your charter (except for the weather cancellation detailed below).
In the event that the renter cancels a booking for personal reasons, your pre-selected cancellation policy will apply:
"Flexible": Full refund to the renter up to 1 day before arrival, excluding service charge and Click&Boat commission.
"Moderate": 70% refund up to 10 days before arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.
"Strict": 60% refund up to 30 days before arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.
"Custom": according to the specific conditions of the professional owner, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.

If you wish to go against your policy, for example to refund the renter, you must inform us as soon as possible by contacting us via the contact form at the bottom right of this page.
Cancellation request for weather reasons:
The renter can request the cancellation of their booking due to bad weather.
In the event that no Special Weather Warning is issued by the maritime authorities:
- You consider that the weather conditions allow you to sail and you refuse this cancellation request: you will be paid for the charter.
- You consider that the weather conditions do not allow you to sail safely and you accept the cancellation request: you will not be paid for the charter and the renter will be reimbursed the total amount of the booking, excluding the service fee and Click&Boat commission, which will be returned to them in the form of a credit note valid for one year.
You also have the option of offering your renter a rescheduled date.
