The Owner's payment rules in case of a cancellation by the tenant (cancellation policy of the owner)

If the tenant does not show up or cancels on the day of the booking, the owner will be paid the net amount of their rental (except in the case of a weather cancellation - see details below).


If the tenant cancels a booking for personal reasons, your cancellation policy (that you have selected when setting up your account) will apply:

"Flexible": Full refund to the tenant up to 1 day before arrival, excluding service charge and Click&Boat commission.

"Moderate": 70% refund of the tenant up to 10 days before arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.

"Strict": 60% refund of the tenant up to 30 days before arrival, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.

"Custom": according to the specific conditions of the professional owner, excluding service charges and Click&Boat commission.

 

You have the right to go against your cancellation policy, for instance, if you decide to fully refund the tenant. If you decide to do so, you must inform us as soon as possible using our contact form.


Cancellation request for weather reasons:

The tenant may request the cancellation of their booking due to bad weather (only for 1-day bookings or less).

If there is no Special Weather Warning issued by the maritime authorities, and you consider that the weather conditions allow you to sail, and decide to refuse the tenant's cancellation request =>you will be paid for the charter.

If there is no Special Weather Warning issued by the maritime authorities, but you consider that the weather conditions do not allow you to sail safely, and you accept the tenant's cancellation request => you will not be paid for the charter and the tenant will be reimbursed the total amount of the booking, excluding the service fee and Click&Boat commission, which will be returned to them in the form of a credit note valid for 90 days.

 

** You can also offer the tenant to reschedule the rental at a further date.
