To request to make a modification to a booking, go to Click&Boat's instant messenger or to your booking details page.
The change request is not available via the application. You will need to go through the website directly and follow the steps below:
- Contact the renter to obtain their agreement to the change.
- Click on "modify my booking".
- Choose the element you wish to modify: price, dates, dates and duration, additional services or other.
- Check the information, then click on "validate".
- Your modification request has been submitted, our customer service teams will review it as soon as possible and will come back to you by email with an updated contract.
If the requested modifications lead to an increase in the price, we will ask the tenant to agree to pay the difference.
If the changes result in a decrease in the rental price, we will refund the tenant to the credit card used for payment.
