The damage has to be declared to Click&Boat only for bookings with private owners.
Each damage must be declared to Click&Boat within 24 hours maximum following the rental via the application or the website only.
Upon noticing the damages, you must inform the boat owner right away.
Only private owners will be able to submit a damage from their Click&Boat account under the section "My Bookings" by clicking on the link "Submit a damage".
Any request for a damage received by phone, email or chat will not be taken into account.
We invite you to check the page on the steps you should follow when submitting a damage.
The tenant is now liable to be taken a part or the totality of the deposit to account for the reparation of the damages caused. We suggest finding an agreement with the Owner on the deposit amount to subtract.
If the owner is private, we will deduct the deposit from the tenant's card as soon as the O send us the reparation invoice, if the documents are completed and signed by both parties.
For a damage with a professional owner, Click&Boat does not handle the deposit and the damage will have to be settle directly with the owner.
If you have opted for a damage waiver at the time of booking, please contact contact.gestion@assur-travel.fr no later than 5 days after the damage. For more information on bond redemption, please see this article.
