This insurance allows you to reduce your risks in the event of a damage.
Who can suscribe?
This insurance, sold by our partner Assur-Travel, is available for all bookings:
- Accepted by the owner
- With a deposit between 200€ and 5000€
- Paid by credit card
If you are in this situation, you will receive shortly after the acceptance of the booking, an e-mail inviting you to suscribe. It covers all nationalities, and bookings all over the world!
How to suscribe?
To suscribe, you need to follow the instructions you received by e-mail, by clicking on "Learn more". If you validate and decide to buy this product, the credit card you used to pay the booking will automatically be debited of the price of the insurance, which depends on the amount of the deposit, and the duration of the booking.
You can suscribe up to the departure date.

How does it work?
If a damage occurs, you need to declare it within 5 days to the insurance company, by e-mail at contact.gestion@assur-travel.fr or by mail at :

The insurance company Assur-Travel is your interlocutor for the refund.
You will be refunded upon presentation of the final invoice. Please note that a deductible of 20% of the invoice's amount will be applied, with a minimum of 200€.
In case of booking modification (change of dates for example), you will need to inform Assur-Travel by e-mail at contact.gestion@assur-travel.fr
