The boat does not match the listing, what can I do?

In the case that a boat does not correspond to the listing and that the listing has been published by a private owner, you must inform us before the rental and/or at the latest 2 hours after the start of your rental by providing us with any proof of it.

  • If you decide to maintain the rental, you will no longer be able to request a refund of the Tenant Price, for any reason related to this reservation.
  • If you decide to cancel the rental, Click&Boat will refund the full amount of the Rental Price.

In the case that the listing was published by a professional owner, you will have to contact the owner directly. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Click&Boat cannot be held responsible and cannot intervene.
