The boat does not match the listing, what can I do?

TLDR

If the boat is different in any way from the listing with a private owner: 

  • Refund if proof before/maximum 2 hours after the start of the rental
  • No refund if no proof or after the 2 hours limit/after the end of the booking

If the boat is different in any way from the listing with a professional owner, you have to handle the issue with the professional owner directly. 

 

In the case that a boat does not correspond to the listing, or you are proposed a different boat than the one on the listing, and the listing has been published by a private owner, you must inform us before the rental and/or at the latest 2 hours after the start of your rental by providing us with any proof of it.

  • If you decide to maintain the rental or contact us after the 2 hours limit/at the end of the booking, you will no longer be able to request a refund of the Tenant Price, for any reason related to this reservation.
  • If you decide to cancel the rental and contact us before the rental starts/ respect the limit of 2 hours after the start of the rental, Click&Boat will refund the full amount of the Rental Price.

In the case that the listing was published by a professional owner, you will have to contact the owner directly. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Click&Boat cannot be held responsible and cannot intervene.
