Why have I not been paid for my rental that ended more than 72 hours ago?

Please do not worry, paying our boat owners is one of our top priorities!

If you are a private owner, Click&Boat makes your payment the day after the first day of your rental.

Please keep in mind that Click&Boat initiates bank transfers:

  • Mondays and Thursdays from the 1st of October to the 30th of April
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from the 1st of May to the 30th of September

Click&Boat starts NON SEPA bank transfers on Tuesday.

You will be notified by email when your payment has been sent. The time it takes for you to receive your money in your account varies depending on your location and your bank. As well, public holidays and weekends may therefore affect the time it takes to receive a payment transfer.

If you are a professional owner, you will receive payment for your rental according to the payment terms you agreed on with Click&Boat when validating your account as a professional, except for one-day rentals which are paid the next day.

 

You can check the payment details in your account! 

1. Log-in to your Click&Boat account 

2. Go to "Bookings" 

3. Click "Access" to open a booking

If the payment has not yet appeared in your account, ensure you have entered your bank details correctly in your Click&Boat account.

To do so:

  1. Click on your "Profile",
  2. Then click on "Bank details".
  3. Fill out your bank details and the transfer will then be made automatically the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Likewise, if you have a new IBAN, remember to update the bank details on your account.

Finally, if you have carried out all these checks, and you still have not received your payment, please contact us via our contact form.
