How to complete your verification
Eligible owners will see a new "Payment information" menu in their dashboard.
Click "Payment information" in your Click&Boat account to start.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Declare Tax Residence: Choose the country where your activity is registered.
Select Business Type: Choose between Individual (Private) or Company (Entreprise).
Private Owners must select "Individual/Sole trader" Professional Owners can select "Company" - Provide Details: You will need to enter your legal name, home or business address, and bank details (IBAN).
- Upload ID: For security, you must scan a valid government-issued ID (Passport or ID Card). You can easily switch to your mobile device to take the photo by scanning the provided QR code.
- Review & Confirm: Double-check all information before final submission.
💡 Pro Tip: Need to change something? If you realize you made a mistake in a previous section, you can always go back. Simply click on the top progress line (as shown below) to return to a previous step and modify your information.
What you will need:
- Individuals: Valid Government ID, Home Address, and Date of Birth.
- Companies: Company Registration Number, Business Address, and ID for anyone owning >25% of the company.
