When registering on Click&Boat, boat owners are accompanied in most cases by an account manager. This allows us to explain the use of the platform and to make the usual checks.
If you wish to have an additional level of security, we invite you to:
- Contact the renter from the internal messaging system
- Check the reviews left by previous renters
- These reviews come from previous rentals on the platform and cannot be invented.
- Check the status of the owner (professional or private), it is not the same experience of navigation!
- Read the entire description of the ad and look at the photos
We advise tenants to contact, as much as possible, the "super-owners" of our platform (badge visible on the ad).
If you still have a doubt, you can send us the link of the ad and we will check the owner directly.
