If you wish to speak to a boat owner prior to sending them a booking request, you can send them a message through the Click&Boat messenger on the platform.
The messaging service is accessible via:
- The "Send a message" button on the boat listing or,
- Via the "Messages" tab on your profile.
Please note that this messaging tool on the platform is the only way for tenants to contact boat owners.
The owner's contact information will only be given to you once the booking has been confirmed and paid.
In order to receive helpful and fast responses, we advise you to contact as many boat owners as possible. You will then be able to choose the boat that best suits your plans. If you wish to rent several boats on the same date, make sure to select the option "I want to rent several boats".
