When you send a rental request to an owner on the Click&Boat platform, the validity of your request is defined according to the date of the beginning of your rental :
- If the rental starts in less than 24 hours, your request will be valid until the morning of the rental, at 7 am (a few hours before the scheduled check-in time of the rental).
- If the rental starts in less than 48 hours, your request will be valid either for 24 hours or until the morning of the rental, at 7 am.
- If the rental starts in less than 72 hours, your request will be valid either for 24 hours, 48 hours or until the morning of the rental, at 7 am.
- Finally, if the rental starts in more than 72 hours, you can choose the duration of validity of your request: 24 / 48, or 72 hours.
If the owner does not respond to your request within the time limit, your booking request will expire, and your credit card will not be charged.
