When you click "Book" on a Click&Boat listing, you must enter your bank details and indicate whether or not you wish to include the Weather Guarantee (for one-day rentals only), and/or the Mondial Assistance, Repatriation, and Cancellation insurance.

Your payment method will only be debited once the boat owner has accepted your booking request. If the boat owner refuses your request, your credit card will not be debited.

Note that the payment may show to be pending or deducted on your bank account/application indicating that the imprint has been taken: in this case, we advise you to contact your bank, who will confirm that it is not a debit but only a fingerprint, which will be released if the booking is not made and the transaction isn't completed.

Once the booking has been validated and paid, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

The contact details of the owner of the reserved boat can then be found directly on the booking page in your Click&Boat account, so that you can organize the final stages of the pre-rental (meeting time, list of participants, etc.) before you weigh anchor. 

Please note: If you pay via wire transfer the booking will be confirmed once the payment has been received by our accounting department. A wire transfer might take up to 5 working days.
