When the status of your request changes (accepted or rejected by the owner, time limit expired, or canceled by yourself), you are immediately notified by e-mail.

You can check the status of your booking at any time from your profile, by clicking on the "Bookings" tab.

If your request expires or is rejected by the owner, you can message the owner via the messenger tool on the platform to understand why your request was not successful.

We recommend that you contact several owners via the Click&Boat messaging system to maximize your chances of getting a positive response.

You can also request a quote if you wish to be contacted by a cruise advisor and helped to find the right boat for your cruise.
