What tenants should do when an owner is not responding to their message?

Patience is key!

When you make a booking request to an owner, they have :

  • 6 hours to accept your request if the charter is scheduled for the next day.
  • 12 hours to accept your request if the charter is scheduled within 48 to 72 hours.
  • 24 hours to accept your request if the charter is planned beyond 72 hours.
  • 2 days to accept your request if the charter is planned more than a week in advance.

If an owner does not respond quickly enough, we invite you to contact other owners on the platform who may be more responsive.

You can identify them thanks to the "Super Owner" badge, which highlights owners who have received very positive reviews from their tenants and who have very good response times.

You can send several booking requests to different owners.

When one of them accepts your booking request, the other requests will be automatically canceled in order to avoid a duplicate booking or debit.
