You can only communicate on the phone with the tenant after the booking has been confirmed (accepted and paid).
A messaging tool is available on the platform, via your Click&Boat account, so that you can communicate with the tenant to ask and answer your respective questions before the booking.
Once the booking is accepted/confirmed, you have access to the phone number and email address of the tenant on the booking page.
The tenant also has access to your contact information once the booking is confirmed.
However, we encourage you to continue using the Click&Boat messaging system so you keep track of all your communication in one place, and can use it as proof if needed.
