If the tenant has a sailing license, but you feel that they do not have the necessary expertise to sail the boat safely and alone, you have two options:
- Offer them a professional skipper that they can pay for directly on the harbor
- Cancel the rental or request our Customer Care team to cancel the rental on your behalf.
In the event that you would like to cancel the booking because you are unsure, we will fully refund the tenant, and we won't apply penalty fees.
To cancel the booking, please:
- Go to your Click&Boat account,
- Click on "My Bookings",
- Select your booking and click on "Access",
- Click on "Cancel the reservation".
** Our advice: Communication with tenants is key! Don't hesitate to contact the renters beforehand in order to find out their experience before accepting their booking requests. **
