The tenant has to return the boat cleaned at the end of the rental period unless they have subscribed to a cleaning option, in addition to their rental.
If this is not the case, and the boat has not been cleaned by the tenant, you can ask for compensation for the time spent cleaning or the costs incurred.
You can choose:
- An amicable agreement: the tenant pays you directly at the harbor when returning the boat.
- Write this information ("boat returned dirty") on the damage report provided by Click&Boat, and have it signed by the tenant. Upon presentation of an invoice and the signed rental documents within 24 hours following the end of the rental period, Click&Boat will deduct the corresponding amount from the tenant's deposit.
If you are a professional owner, you can ask for compensation from your tenant according to the conditions indicated in your contract.
