Each user can evaluate another user after completing a rental with them by writing a comment and/or providing a rating. Only rentals that have actually been completed are eligible to be published.
You will not be able to delete a comment written by one of your tenants. However, we are able to add you reply to the comment if needed.
You can also leave a review for the tenant.
To do so, go to "My bookings" in progress or "History" and click on "Leave a review".
Click&Boat reserves the right to delete any comment that infringes the rules (racist, discriminatory, contrary to morality or public order, etc.) at its sole discretion, and to delete any user's account in case of repeated inappropriate comments.
