Like most rental platform, Click&Boat offers promotional codes to its best users. These promotional codes have no impact on owner's net, but they will be deducted from Click&Boat's commission.
Comparison of billing management
Case 1:
- As the owner, you must provide the tenant with an invoice for 100€.
- Click&Boat will provide the owner with an invoice for 20€ relating to its commission.
Case 2:
- As the owner, you must provide the tenant with an invoice for 90€.
- Click&Boat will provide the owner with a 10€ invoice for its commission.
***Upon payment, Click&Boat provides tenants with a receipt of payment, please be aware, this is not an invoice, and as stated, the owner needs to provide the tenant with an invoice.***
Where can I find the Tenant total amount to invoice?
You can find the Tenant total amount to invoice in the "Gross amount (€)" column of the Summary of your bookings.

What happens if the owner has issued an invoice too high?
If the invoice issued by the owner is too high (ex. 100€ instead of 90€), it's up to the owner to issue a credit note to the customer.
In this case, the credit note would be for 10€.
For accounting purposes, Click&Boat cannot provide the owner with a corrected commission invoice.
