Why is my listing not online?

When you finish completing your listing, it does not go online right away. Its status will be "hidden" before it goes "online" and appears on the platform. 

Our team will verify that your listing is complete and compliant and set in online once validated.

 

Additionally, our team might have to request certain documents from you, especially if you are a professional owner.

*Note that this process can take several weeks, due to high volume of new listing requests. Our team is doing its utmost to reduce delays and ensure a prompt support.
