To update your payment information, you first need to log in to your account on click&Boat. This will give you access to your personal dashboard where you can manage various settings related to your profile and bookings.
Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the profile section. This is typically found in the main menu or by clicking on your account icon, depending on the website layout.
After accessing your profile, scroll down the page until you locate the section titled "Payment Information." Here, you will be able to review, update, and save your current payment details to ensure your transactions proceed smoothly in the future.
In this section, you will have the opportunity to enter your payment information securely and accurately.
To begin, please choose the type of account you wish to provide details for:
- You can either select an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) account, which is commonly used for international transactions,
- or alternatively, you may opt to enter a standard account number, depending on your preference or the requirements of your bank.
Once you have made your selection, you will be prompted to enter the corresponding details to ensure your payments are processed correctly.
Please proceed to complete the following information carefully.
Once you have finished entering all the required details, please remember to click on the SAVE button, which is highlighted in pink, to ensure your information is securely stored.
For security reasons, we will send a text message (SMS) to the phone number you have registered in your account. This message will contain a unique code that you will need to enter on the website to verify and confirm the operation.
After you have entered the code and completed this verification step, your operation will be successfully concluded. At this point, the payment information you have provided will be validated, and Click&Boat will use these details to process payments to you from now on.
If you ever need to update or change your IBAN, you can do so at any time by following the same procedure outlined above.
In the event that you do not receive the security SMS, please double-check that the phone number listed in your profile is correct. You can update or change your phone number directly from your profile page, located just above the payment information section.
