The Super Owner status rewards the most responsive and demanded owners on the Click&Boat platform.
This status is displayed on your listing, but also on the search page.
This status will allow you to obtain an optimized search on your listings and thus better visibility.
It is also possible for the tenant to filter their search by selecting only owners with the Super Owner status.
If you meet all the requirements, you will earn the "Super Owner" status.
As long as you continue to meet the requirements, you will keep this status.
Several criteria are evaluated by our algorithm:
- Response time to messages in less than 24 hours
- Response rate to messages higher than 85%.
- Cancellation rate less than 20%.
- At least 2 accepted bookings
- At least 1 booking with reviews
- Overall rating above 4.5 stars
We have set up an algorithm to evaluate your account statistics every month.
Additionally, the Super Owner status is re-assessed each month, therefore you can lose or earn back this badge from one month to the next.
