Tenants need an account to connect/communicate with owners

You must create a Click&Boat account to be able to talk to any owner on the platform. 

If you try to send a message without being connected to your account, a window will automatically pop up on your screen, inviting you to register on Click&Boat or to connect to an existing account.

When creating your account, remember that the more complete and accurate your profile is, the more likely you will have your booking requests accepted by the owners.

Once you have created your account, you can then ask all your questions to the boat owners using the Click&Boat internal messaging system.

When an owner answers you, you receive an automatic notification and can chat until all your questions have been answered.

Once all your questions have been answered, you can confirm your booking by paying online.

 

Please note that the phone number and email address of the owners become available once the booking is confirmed by the owner.
