Click&Boat offers all private owners a tool for managing the deposit by pre-authorising and amount on your credit card. The amount of the deposit is defined by the owner and appears on their listing under the heading "Conditions".
Consequently, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, a private owner agrees not to request a deposit, in any form, from the tenant.
In the event of a claim and following a request made by the owner, the deposit may be debited and paid to the owner.
We invite you to consult the page relating to the steps to follow in the event of a claim.
In the case of a rental with a professional owner, the owner manages their deposit and claims themselves. We will not be able to assist with the management of this deposit.
However, we remain at your disposal to assist you in your dealings with the owner, if necessary.
