How can a tenant request to modify the date of his booking?

You can easily submit a request to modify the date of a booking.

You must go onto the website and complete the following steps:

  • Contact the owner in order to confirm with them that they agree to modify the booking (via the ClickBoat messenger tool),
  • Once you have received the Owner's agreement, click on "Modify my booking",
  • Choose the information of your booking that you wish to modify: price, dates, date and duration, extras, or other,
  • Verify the information and click on "confirm",

Your modification request has been sent - our customer service team will process the request as soon as possible and get back to you via email to confirm the modification of your booking (contract updated).

Please note that you cannot send booking modification requests from the Click&Boat application

In the event that the requested modifications result in an increased price, you will have to pay the difference.

If the modifications result in a decrease in price, we will make a refund to the payment method that was used to make the booking.
