To make a modification request on a booking, go to the Click&Boat instant messenger or to your booking.
Modification requests cannot be made through the app. You will have to go directly through the website and follow the following steps:
- Contact the owner to confirm that the agree with the requested modification.
- Click on "modify my booking"
- Choose the part that you want to modify: price, dates, dates and duration, additional services or other.
- Check the information, then click on "validate"
- Your modification request has been submitted. Our customer service teams will review it as soon as possible and get back to you by email with an updated contract.
