When the status of your request changes (accepted or refused by the owner, time limit expired or cancelled by yourself), you are immediately notified by e-mail.
You can also check the status of your booking at any time from your profile, by clicking on the "Bookings" tab.
If your request expires or is rejected by the owner, you can send a message back to the owner via the platform to understand why your request was not successful.
We recommend that you contact several owners via the Click&Boat messaging system to maximise your chances of getting a positive response.
