Patience is key, but let's find a plan B!
When you make a booking request to an owner, they have :
- 6 hours to accept your request if the charter is scheduled for the next day,
- 12 hours, if the charter is scheduled within 48 to 72 hours,
- 24 hours, if the charter is planned beyond 72 hours,
- 2 days, if the charter is planned more than a week in advance.
In the event that an owner does not respond quickly enough, we invite you to contact other owners on the platform who may be more responsive.
You can identify them thanks to the "Super Owner" badge, which highlights owners who have received very positive reviews from their tenants and who have very good response times.
You can send several booking requests to different owners.
When one of them accepts your booking request, the other requests will be automatically cancelled in order to avoid a duplicate booking or debit.
