It is not possible to communicate by phone before the booking is confirmed.
Before the booking is accepted, a messaging tool is available on the platform, via your Click&Boat account, so that you can exchange with the renter and answer your respective questions before the booking.
The phone number and email address of the renter is then available on the booking page once the booking is validated. The tenant also has access to your contact information once the booking is confirmed. However, you can still use the Click&Boat messaging system.
