From the moment a reservation is validated on the platform, you commit yourself to honor it.
You can only cancel a booking in case of force majeure :
- If the weather conditions do not allow safe navigation (cancellation for bad weather conditions).
- If your boat has suffered damage or breakdown, preventing any navigation.
Be aware that your cancellation rate impacts your visibility on the platform.
Please note that an owner who never cancels their rentals will have a better visibility than an owner who has made several cancellations.
To cancel a booking, go to your Click&Boat account, "Bookings" section. Click on "Access" on the reservation you wish to cancel, then "Cancel booking" and select the reason for cancellation.
If you are forced to cancel due to damage, remember to update your calendar, under "Listing", "Edit", then "My Calendar" tab.
For any cancellation without justification, or whose reason would not correspond to a case of absolute necessity, your advertisement could be suspended.
